What's included in your plans?

Our plans include website design, development, and hosting services. We offer a complete package that covers everything you need to get your website up and running smoothly.

Do you charge a one-time fee for web design?

No, we don't charge a one-time fee for web design. Instead, our plans include website design, development of industry-type apps, and hosting services.

How are payments scheduled?

Payment for website design and hosting plans is scheduled to be received in advance, either monthly or annually.

What payment methods do you accept?

Payments are only accepted automatically, and we accept credit or debit cards as payment methods. Once you select a plan, payment will be auto-withdrawn every cycle.

Are there any cancellation fees?

Our services are not contracted, so clients can cancel at any time. However, if they cancel within the first year of the website's construction, there is a $600 cancellation fee. After a year, there's no cancellation fee.

What happens if payment cannot be processed automatically?

If payment cannot be processed automatically on the day of service renewal, hosting services will be suspended until a new payment method is submitted.

Who should I contact for payment inquiries?

For all payment inquiries, clients need to contact our Billing Department at billing@wpbmediagroup.com or (561) 385-6547. Please note that billing inquiries should be directed to the Billing Department, not your Account Manager.

Are payments tax-exempt?

Yes, all payments made to WPB Media Group are tax-exempt.
